Spotted an out-of-date rating, a wrong detail, or a mover we've missed? Tell us. Our data comes from live public sources and can go stale — a company changes owners, a rating shifts, a crew's quality slips or improves — and reader corrections are one of the best ways we catch it. If you can, include the page, the specific thing that's wrong, and (if you have it) a link, so we can verify and fix it quickly.

For moving companies

If you run a moving company and want to correct your listing, update your details, or ask about advertising, reach us at the same address. A couple of things to know up front: we can't remove or lower a competitor's ranking, and we don't sell better placement — rankings are editorial and based on verified review data, as explained on our How We Rate Movers and advertising disclosure pages. What we can do is correct factual errors about your business and tell you how the ranking works.

We're a small, independent team focused on Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, so we may not reply the same day — but we do reply. Common questions

Do you charge moving companies to be listed?

No. Listings and rankings are editorial and free — a company can't pay to appear or to rank higher. We may earn a referral fee when we match a mover with a customer, but that never affects rankings. Details are on our advertising disclosure.

Can you remove a bad review?

We don't host reviews, so there's nothing for us to delete. Our ratings summarize public reviews from Google and other sources. If you believe a specific review violates a platform's policy, that's a matter to raise with the platform. We're happy to correct any factual error in how we describe your business.

How quickly will I hear back?

Usually within a few business days. We read everything, but we're a small team, so complex questions can take a little longer.

I need movers now — what's the fastest way?

Use the quote form rather than email. It matches you with movers who serve your route in about a minute, and they'll reach out with quotes directly.

Can I suggest a mover you should add?

Please do. We're always expanding coverage, and a tip from someone who's actually used a local crew is genuinely useful. Send the company's name and city, and — if you have it — a link to its website or Google listing, and we'll research it against the same review and licensing signals we use for every mover before deciding whether to add it.

What to include in your message

A little detail helps us help you faster. When you write in, it's useful to include:

• The page you're writing about (a link is ideal), if it's a correction.
• The specific issue — what's wrong, missing, or out of date — and a source we can check, if you have one.
• For movers: your company name and city, and what you'd like corrected.
